You can cancel your order at any time from when you purchase, up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at themarchesstudio@gmail.com with your request and include your name and order number.

Please note, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the order is faulty/incorrect. Your refund will be processed upon receiving your return as long as the item is still in a saleable condition.
Damaged or Faulty?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect please send us over an email at themarchesstudio@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to get it sorted for you. Be that a replacement or refund. Please keep the item and packaging in the state you received it - we may need a photo to help us decide the best steps to take.
