Returns Policy

If you find you need to return some or all of an order from us please follow the guide below to make a return. If you need some extra help please email us at themarchesstudio@gmail.com making sure to quote your name and order number in the email.

Returns:

You can cancel your order at any time from when you purchase, up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at themarchesstudio@gmail.com with your request and include your name and order number.

  • If you order hasn't yet been dispatched your full or partial refund (depending on how much of the order you wish to cancel) will be processed as soon as possible. Your payment may take up to 7 working days to appear back in your account. 
  • If you have received your order but decide it's not to your taste, please send us an email with your cancellation request, name and order number to themarchesstudio@gmail.com. Then wrap your return up securely - preferably in its original packaging - and post it off to the address we will provide you by email. Please note, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the order is faulty/incorrect. Your refund will be processed upon receiving your return as long as the item is still in a saleable condition. 
  • * If you are returning something ordered with a free gift offer ( E.g Buy One Get One Free) the return of the free item also will be required for a full refund. 

Damaged or Faulty?

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect please send us over an email at themarchesstudio@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to get it sorted for you. Be that a replacement or refund. Please keep the item and packaging in the state you received it  - we may need a photo to help us decide the best steps to take.
