- All our orders are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise indicated. Orders take 1-2 business days to dispatch, this is in addiction to Shipping times.
- We currently only ship to the UK and USA. However, we are hoping to add more destination very soon.
- Shipping costs are calculated by weight, size and order value. You can use the shipping calculator on your cart/basket page to see how much postage will be, taking into account your order and your country.

My Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your Order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time–frame and is determined to be Lost we will happily send out a Replacement at no extra cost to you. In determining that your Order is Lost we may ask you to contact your local Postal Depot to ascertain if an attempted Delivery was made. We may also suggest checking with members of your Household and Neighbourhood in the event that your Order was left in a Safe place.
